• Bridged design, development and business teams to keep product decisions aligned.
• Built Horizon’s responsive marketing website in WordPress.

• Improved key interfaces and removed friction from customer flows.
Impact: a more joined-up ecommerce journey with a stronger platform for conversion-focused iteration.
